Jacki leads the Manatee Chamber as its chief executive. She received her MBA and BFA degrees from the University of Florida and has been with the Chamber since 1996. Jacki was named the 2015 Florida Chamber Professional of the Year by FACP and earned her IOM credential from the US Chamber of Commerce. Born a ’valley girl’ in California on Christmas Day, she has called Manatee County home since 1979 and hails from a long line of farmers who helped settle a little piece of the Michigan ’pinkie’ near Traverse City. Her dream professional sports moment would be to play at Wimbledon.

Kim is responsible for the recruitment and retention of Chamber members. She oversees the Chamber’s numerous networking functions, golf tournament, business expos and special events. In addition, Kim is the supervisor of the Chamber’s Better Business Council (BBC) and leads the Chamber Friends ambassador program. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kim moved to Bradenton in 1999 during her 18-year career in the newspaper business, but still remains a fiercely-loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. Kim earned her BBA from Texas Tech University and MBA from Texas Christian University.

Carey is responsible for managing the Chamber’s operations, including its two offices (Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch), human resources, and emergency preparedness. She’s also the guiding force behind the Chamber’s websites and its social media presence – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Carey is a Manatee County native and has been with the Chamber since 2000. She’s especially known for her love of bacon, reading, and is a thrill-seeking adventurer who runs the Travel With the Chamber program!

Kristen assists the membership division with data-driven reporting, updates member information in the Chamber’s database, and provides over-all support for local businesses. She moved to Manatee County in 2006 from New Jersey and is a huge animal lover whose goal in life is to save as many animals as she can. You’ll find her at theme parks on her days off or rooting for the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Lightning.

She helps coordinate the Annual Dinner, business expos, Small Business of the Year Awards, and Power Connection Lunches among other great networking opportunities. She has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University and loves to cook and spend time with family.

Tim hails from Indianapolis and is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan, which can be painful at times.

Jocelyn first found this hidden natural treasure, while pursuing her MS degree in Marine Science at UCSC. The pristine seascapes and abundant wildlife are what convinced her to make Manatee County her home in 2003. She joins the Chamber as the Creative Services Manager, where she will be responsible for the Current Magazine, Member Benefits & Engagement Guide, and design projects for brochures, programs, social media, and more.

Having resided in Manatee County for most of her life, she dedicates her free time to several boards that support local non-profit organizations. In addition, Tonya is a passionate supporter of the Buccaneers and appreciates exploring all of life’s adventures with her friends and family.

She’s a huge follower of all animal rescues as she tries to help find “furever” homes for critters of all types.

Eddie helps visitors and new residents find member companies with which to do business and assists with a number of Chamber programs and events. Born in Butler, PA, he has been in Manatee County since he was three and grew up in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County. He’s a proud husband and has one son.

She is also responsible for benefits administration and organizes the United Way Campaign and Drug-Free Workplace resources for the Chamber. Cheryl joined our staff in 2003. She grew up in Hawaii and loves the heat!

Julie serves as Information Specialist in the Chamber’s Lakewood Ranch Office, assisting members and visitors, maintaining the lobby display of members’ promotional materials, providing referral information to inquiring consumers, and managing the Welcome Manatee! Program. She lives in Myakka City and is the proud mom of five children.

Dan leads the marketing and communication initiatives of the award-winning Chamber team. He is responsible for honing, supporting, and advancing the overall brand and promoting individual Chamber, Chamber Foundation, and Manatee Young Professional (MYP) programs, events, and print, email, and social media initiatives. Dan hails from northwest Pennsylvania but considers Florida his permanent home. Dan and his family can often be seen on stage or behind-the-scenes at the Manatee Performing Arts Center where they perform regularly and also volunteer with the music ministry at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Venice, FL. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and loves to spend his free time traveling and exercising with his wife and daughters.
