To ensure your organization is showcased at its best in the video at the event, we recommend you consider the following “Do’s and Don’ts” when taking your photo:

• DO place taller staff in the back or use chairs to create levels.
• DO ensure every person is facing the camera.
• DO take lots of photos so you can pick the best one.
• DO choose a well-lit area for your photo.
• DO consider the background of your photo.
• DON’T make the photo too deep – too many rows of staff can make it difficult to see individual faces.
• DON’T shoot under tree branches or near objects that will cast shadows / scattered light on skin or clothing.
• DON’T forget to smile. This is FUN and great visibility for your business.
